Hi Mani, I just would add to my previous comment that I recently created a new plugin, which does the same work as Categories Autolink with the tags. It is called Tags Autolink (http://www.centrostudilaruna.it/huginnemuninn/2007/12/06/wordpress-plugin-tags-autolink/)

Mani, But there are some real hieves who do not enable any links on such copied RSS feeds…i tried this technique of linking back within posts when people were stealing content but to my disappointment, i found links not enabled in those copied feed content…
