Great post. You were right about the problem conflicts between plugins – I had headspace and All in one pack installed and was giving me various problems. In the end I un-installed headspace as i found it tricky to use.

I highly recommend Platinum SEO Pack over the all in one seo pack as it has more useful options than the all in one seo pack. There are more nofollow selections, additional post, page and home headers, you can nofollow all of the outgoing links on just the front page, you can add the noydir meta tag, the noodp meta tag, you can use the option for noindex on sub pages and my favorite option of all is all of the options that it gives you on each individual post and page of your wordpress blog.

Those are just a few of the things that I can think of off the top of my head. The fact of the matter is that I have used both and have found that I am in greater control of my websites on-page seo than when I was using the All in One SEO Pack.

I’ve been doing seo on html sites for a few years – Although I have played with a couple blogs… I am now having someone produce wordpress sites for me for small business clients. 5-20 pages.

Headspace seems like the best even over allinone seo.

but I’ve noticed I’ve started to input meta data and it is not showing… ALSO is there any videos or webreports on how to best use HEADSPACE and or Wordpress SEO best practices with current plugins. I know there are tons of blogs with seo wordpress info – but a “full process” would be very valuable.

My other challenge is what are the other BEST & PROVEN plugins (if any) that are clean for best practices and BEYOND?

Wordpress is SEO friendly and i’ve got my Bazookaz out! Nice SEO tips, particularly the SEO plugins, I’ll be back to read some more!
