If you know that a site that you're linking to is reputed, i.e then its safe to leave the pag rank flow, but if its a shady/unreputed site like one that's new, with doubtful content, shady links, copied content or anything like that leave the link nofollow. That's not the wya it twas supposed to be. Being natural is passing the oogle juice to reputed links while selectively blocking all the "unsure" links.
