Popular PR 4 blog with 18k backlinks for sale
Thanks to Styletime, just came to know that NorthXeast, another popular blog, is up for sale today on Sitepoint.
The BIN price is only $10,000, that’s fairly low considering the sites metrics.
The blog has 72 posts which are highly social media focussed and has a homepage Google PR 4 (some pages even PR 5), and 18k backlinks on yahoo, but that’s where the good things end.
The revenue generated by NorthXEast is negligible (Appx $ 5-10 per month).
The domain name is not very impressive either.
but a lot of backlinks and a good Page Rank could mean a lot to many interested buyers.
I’ll keep a close watch on this one.
Psst…Blueverse.com is still up for sale. I think no one has come forward so far (can’t see any progress from the threads.)
Personal opinion is that the 3k subs will drop alot after the first new post, many people are probably only subscribed as they forgot as there have been no posts since July.
BIN is way to high but would be a good start from all the rankings it currently has but at a lower BIN is needed!
And a wider updated subject list is needed alot’s changed since then

Arun, they haven’t been focussing much on AdSense, but the social media and traffic. The backlink number explains it.

10k dollars is way too high, mani…for the revenue it generates
Let me add that it is easy to make a PR4 blog with so few posts.
It has only 9.4 K page views and 5.8k unique visitors per month.No wonder the ad revenue sucks…and it has got nothing to do with adsense dependence…
If someone is to buy it, he will be the biggest fool…

It is really difficult to get PR 4 popularity.
The blog seems good.

Isnt a site worth calculated by the amount of money it makes? 10 dollars x 3 years is 360 bucks. so if someone spends 10 large, i idont see a very good return. who cares about rank and visitors if they dont make you money. I would rather pay that 10k for someone to make my pr2 website a PR4 or higher..
