If I found anything interesting suddenly I will re-tweet and make it as my favorites. No need of bookmarking in local browser. -- It is my own newsletter. My followers will get the fresh content from my blog. -- It is my social networking tool. Some times I will sit and chat with my followers. :) So Twitter is not only the marketing tool.
