Rahul, you might be able to work around, and get to see the IPL live stream in US by the following trick.
If the URL of the YouTube video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcdefg – just replace the /watch?v= part with /v so your new URL becomes http://www.youtube.com/v/abcdefg . Did you try this ?
Sounds good.. This streaming directly provided from IPL official site. but sometime quality is not good..
