If you are a facebook fan page admin, you would have come across situations when you wanted to send private messages to your community members and realized that you cannot.

Looks like you can, very soon.

Facebook is working on a new features where fan page admins will be able to private message community members or fans.

Not sure if the message will be sent from the “owner” or the “page” itself.

I think it would be better it it was the page and not the person, for there might be even more than one page admins.

This update was first spotted by communications agency WeAreSocial.sg. The private messaging feature would give customers the opportunity to speak privately with page owners.

Hope it will be rolled out soon.
