This is a questionnaire of 104 questions that will work to identify 32 different personality traits in individuals. It will then be used to try and find a correlation between which of these personality traits are the most predictive of whether an employee will be successful in the future.

This is a 200+ question test uses a predictive index that aims to determine what type of work environment you are best suited for.
